Treasure Valley Dharma Friends is pleased to present Lama Jhampa Shaneman

April 10 to 16, 2012

With clarity of motivation and real strength of mind our practice can be free of “should” and “ought”. This is the mind that naturally arises from contemplating the advantages of practice and of following the path. It takes delight in positive action. This joyous effort gives whatever we do a kind of strength, purpose and liveliness. Using the teachings of classical Buddhist texts Jhampa Shaneman will explore ways to add depth and enthusiasm to our spiritual practice.
