The Four Thoughts that Turn the Mind teaching series continues

Venerable Thubten Chonyi Teaches August 5 and 6

Reality of Cyclic Existence

Friday, August 5, 7 to 8:30 pm

Consciously or not, we start each day with the expectation that things should go a certain way. Yet every day, disappointment and other disturbing emotions arise when they invariably don't. Learning to see reality more clearly brings greater peace of mind right now. Further, it is necessary in order to develop the force to get out of cyclic existence for good and is the only stable foundation for developing love and compassion. Join Ven. Chonyi to explore why and how to be happy about meditating on the unsatisfactory nature of cyclic existence.

Saturday, August 6, 10 to 11:30 am – Meditation on the Buddha and guided meditation on the
unsatisfactory nature of cyclic existence

Saturday, August 6, 1:00 to 2:30 pm - Discussion and question and answer session

All sessions at LTTT Temple 2312 W. Overland Road
$15 per session or $25 for all three sessions
No one turned away for lack of funds
